JASON D. IKERD - Partner
Jason Ikerd has been with the firm since 2010. While in college, Jason worked for a large food processor in Northern California where he developed a passion for how things work, and how regulated entities interact with their government. Starting as a Legislative Aide, Jason worked with increasing levels of responsibility and quickly began representing the firm’s clients as a lobbyist before the Legislature, in the Governor’s Office, and before other state agencies. In his time at the firm, he has built experience lobbying in many policy areas especially natural resources, energy, housing, water, and climate change. This experience and expertise has made Jason a recognized advocate with both relevant staff in the Capitol and among his fellow lobbyists.
Jason firmly believes that service to the community and helping those who are working to provide a better life for themselves and their families is important. Accordingly, he does volunteer work on a weekly basis through the City of Sacramento’s Adult Education Program.
Jason is a graduate of U.C. Davis with a degree in Political Science.
